The Blue Chamber is a standard ultra high vacuum chamber equipped with an Aarhus STM and an auger electron spectrometer. Furthermore, it is equipped with a simple mass spectrometer, mainly for analysing the background gas, and several gas inlets. The chamber is mainly used for growing graphene and investigating surface gas reactions in-situ by STM.
