AMS Instrument (HVE 1MV accelerator) is operational.
The EA-IRMS system is operational and up to speed.
The Dual-inlet is not working to our satisfaction. We are awaiting further leak tests and technical support.
This will delay our reporting of mortar samples where stable isotope information is essential to interpret the radiocarbon age. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
Current turn around time is 5-6 months for radiocarbon age determination.
We are working hard to improving our turn around time to 3 - 4 months (5 months for bone sample). From our best estimate this can be reached during 2022.
We have a limited capacity for fast track samples (4-6 week turn around).
