Andreas Møller Slavensky

I am a PhD student under the InterCat group at Aarhus University doing theoretical research using machine learning techniques.

In 2019, I completed my BSc in physics at Aarhus University, and I started my Master’s degree the same year. In my Bachelor’s thesis I used numerical methods to optimize the procedure of initializing certain quantum mechanical systems which had great possibilities in different quantum algorithms. In my PhD studies, I will optimize and use various machine learning techniques to investigate different structures under interstellar conditions, SiC clusters being an example.

I joined the group in august 2020, and I look forward to work with the other members and contribute to the theoretical research, thereby helping to increase our knowledge about various particles and their compositions in space.
