This week, Laura gave the opening talk in the new public lecture series at Folkeuniversitetet in Herning.


Her talk, “Livets byggesten mellem stjernerne” (The Building Blocks of Life Among the Stars), explored how molecules essential for life can form in the cold, dark regions of space — long before stars and planets emerge.

Laura very much enjoys sharing her passion for astrochemistry and the search for life’s origins with a broad audience, and this was no exception.
