Throughout 2025, our Center for Interstellar Catalysis, has been under review during a "midterm review process". This provided us with the opportunity to showcase our achievements to the Danish National Research Foundation and also to present a new research agenda for the future of our center. While this has been hard work, it has been invigorating to formalize our plans for the future of InterCat. 

We are delighted to announce that, following the conclusion the review process, the DNRF has invited InterCat to begin contract negotiations regarding a four year extension. This support from the DNRF recognizes the success of InterCat to date, and gives us the opportunity to grow over the coming years. We look forward to sharing our plans for our future team soon. In the meantime, a big thank you to all at InterCat and to our collaborators - completing this review process has been a whole team effort and gaining an extension is worthy of celebration!
