Getting there
ARoS is approx 20 min. from the workshop venue by foot, and is easily recognizable by the rainbow on the roof.
Those who want to walk together from the the department (IFA) to ARoS will leave at 16.00 from the IFA foyer (building 1520 1st floor). Karin Vittrup will guide the way.
Those attending the IRAstro meeting Wednesday afternoon will walk to ARoS after the meeting. Liv Hornekær will guide the way.
Entrance
Enter any time from 16.00.
Please let the ticket desk know that you are joining the Workshop on new Methods in Astrochemistry for the dinner in the restaurant.
The art
From 16.00 to 18.00: see the art collections on your own time.
Dinner
A welcome drink will be served at 18.00 followed by the conference dinner dinner at level 8.
Practical
You can leave your coat and bags at the cloak room by the reception. If you want to use the lockers, you will need at purchase a token at the reception desk.
You may also be allowed to bring your bag to the restaurant if it is available before the dinner - please ask the ticket attendant.
