Bus transportation to and from Varna will be available.
Participants who wish to take these buses will be picked up outside/in the vicinity of their hotels at the following approximate times:
18.45 | Aarhus University Guesthouse (outside the building) |
19.00 | Hotel Oasia – pick-up in Banegårdsgade by Otto Lehmanns Alle (turn left when you leave the hotel, then left again – short walk) |
19.10 | Hotel Cab Inn – pick up at Europaplads where the Aarhus Stream (Århus Å) ends (turn right when you leave the hotel – short walk) |
19.10 | Hotel Scandic Plaza Aarhus (outside the building) |
19.15 | Hotel Atlantic (outside the building) |

If you prefer public transportation:
Bus No. 6:
Opposite the entrance to the main train station, you will find bus No. 6
(direction "Moesgaard Museum").
The bus departs every half hour at :50 and :20
or:
Bus No. 103:
From the central bus station take bus 103 (direction Odder and/or Hou). The bus departs
at 7:00 and 7:15 p.m.
Whether taking bus No. 6 or 103, get off at the stop "Mindeparken". Varna is situated approx. 500 meters from "Mindeparken". You can find the route here.
