Title: Testing the standard gravitational paradigm with stellar physics

Abstract: In this talk, I will briefly explain how extensions of General Relativity may describe the late-time acceleration of the Universe, along with their phenomenological imprints at large and small scales in the Universe. I will then proceed with discussing about how probes based on stellar physics may provide a powerful path towards a deeper understanding of dark energy and gravity in general.
