Join us as postdoc Marcus Marcussen brings you up to speed on how we detect exoplanets. Then, former assistant professor Carolina von Essen will shed light on how we might detect life on a distant world.
As always, there’ll be an astro-themed quiz with plenty of spacey prizes for the winners! We’ll also wrap up with a Spacenews segment, so you can head into May confident that no major celestial events will pass you by.
The event takes place at The Merchant Room at Tir na nÓg. It is free and requires no reservation - but be sure to arrive early, as there is limited seating!
