Daniel Crowley is a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Multidisciplinary Sciences in Göttingen in the group of Alec Wodtke.
In IRAstro, his research focuses on experimental infrared spectroscopy of CO and CO₂ adsorbed on NaCl(100) surfaces. Using ultrafast transient absorption spectroscopy, he investigates vibrational energy transfer and relaxation dynamics in molecular systems at surfaces.
