Jakob Lysgaard Rørsted started on 1 September as systems developer. He is responsible for the maintenance and development of the IT infrastructure related to the research in astrophysics -- including the systems for data storage and distribution, the teaching telescope FUT, and the telescope network SONG.

Jakob might be a familiar face as he has previously been employed as centre manager of SpaCe (Aarhus Space Centre) at the department.
