Jupiter, Saturn and the moons in the same frame
Our new versatile telescope NOT was looking when the giant planets met.

Nicholas Janssen and Emil Knudstrup, our colleagues in situ at the Nordic Optical Telescope on La Palma, were ready when the planets Jupiter and Saturn met on 21 December 2020 only 6 arc minutes apart.
