"Physics Reimagined : new ways to popularize and teach physics"

Our research group develops new tools and media to popularize fundamental physics. These materials are mostly created through collaborations between physicists and designers, illustrators, and videographers. I will describe the process we follow, through a few examples from our recent projects. I will also discuss how this unusual alliance of design and physics contributes to the study of interdisciplinary collaboration. Finally, I will describe new methods inspired by design school, for teaching physics at the university level.
