Our student satellite Delphini-1 is going all in
The dedicated control team has been using a lot of lock-down hours at home to improve the camera settings for Delphini-1

Their efforts are really paying off now:
This amazing image was acquired by Delphini-1 about a week ago and the team of operators have now downloaded the full sized image.
The area shows the border between Chile and Argentina and the national park of Llullaillaco close to the Atacama desert. The snow covered mountain peak in the bottom right corner is the volcano Llullaillaco which rises on the border between Chile and Argentina. It is the second highest active volcano in the world at a height of 6,739 m. Just visible in the top left corner at the edge of the image is the copper mine Minera Escondida.
