Satellites can help with climate solutions

Satellite data can help us understand the changes happening on Earth. In a new podcast, Associate Professor Christoffer Karoff talks about the possibilities in data from satellites.

Satellites can be part of the solution to climate changes. Their data helps us to better understand the many changes that are happening on Earth.

- We can use the satellites in space to understand and adapt to climate changes and other environmental changes, says associate professor Christoffer Karoff from the Department of Geoscience and the Department of Physics and Astronomy in the latest episode of the podcast series RumSnak.

Among other things, satellites can measure greenhouse gas emissions and be a tool in future climate-proof construction.

Listen to the podcast and hear Christoffer Karoff explain how satellite data can help solve the world's climate problems.
