New associate professor: Sune Nørhøj Jespersen
As of 1 January 2012, Sune Nørhøj Jespersen has been employed as associate professor in a position divided between Science and Technology and Health.

As of 1 January 2012, Sune Nørhøj Jespersen has been employed as associate professor in a position divided between Science and Technology and Health. In future, he will also be working at the Department of Physics and Astronomy. Sune will be found at the interdisciplinary Centre for Functionally Integrative Neuroscience (CFIN), located at Aarhus Universitetshospital at Nørrebrogade, where he does research in biophysical modeling of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain.
As for teaching, Sune supervises e.g. physics students, offers the course "Neurophysics" at IFA, as well as teaches core magnetic resonance at IHA.
Sune received his PhD from IFA in theoretical physics in 2001 (supervised by Hans Fogedby).
