The head of IFA has decided to support the creation of an employee Friday bar.

For quite a while, IFA employees have wished for better opportunities to meet regularly after work, across professions. Carrying out casual conversations with colleagues will be beneficial for the solidarity as well as the work relations at the department. Conversation has always had a broad, positive effect on people!

Our Physics Friday bar, on the 2nd floor of building 1525, is letting us use the facilities the 3rd Friday of every month from 2 to 4 pm. The Friday bar staff will ”serve us”, but during the two hours the bar will be ‘employees only’.

Friday 19 May at 2pm will be the launch . If the weather is good to us, we will barbeque sausages outside in the car park. So please come and join your colleagues!
