Diversity Diaries is an initiative organized by the Faculty of Natural Sciences that combines research, real testimonials, and theatre in an interactive session. The aim is to foster reflection and dialogue on who may experience discrimination in the scientific community, and how leaders and colleagues can contribute to a more inclusive work environment.Through immersive storytelling and open conversation, participants are invited to examine their own perspectives and gain new insights into bias, equity, and belonging. The event offers practical tools to strengthen inclusivity within research groups and academic communities.

All staff are welcome—and participation is especially encouraged for research leaders and supervisors, whose roles are central in shaping the culture and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
