Title: Quantum Citizen Science - Getting People to Play Quantum Games
Abstract: Why do we play games? Confronted with this question, the initial answer from most people will be the same; because it is fun. Digging deeper into the subject however leads us to many other different motivational factors: We want to win, we don’t like to lose, we like to play with others, we like to explorer new things etc. In this talk, I will give a short introduction to the theory behind the concept of gamification, exemplified with a small study of two of the Quantum Games developed by the CODER team.
After the talk, coffee and cake will be served in the CODER-office (1522-311).
