The bus for the conference venue will depart from the parking lot in front of “Music-huset” few minutes’ walk from the main train station Sunday 19th June at 16:45. Please follow the directions given below. The bus will make a stop by the Aarhus airport to pick up additional passengers (around 17:30-17:45).

Aarhus airport (AAR) has connections to some Scandinavian cities and good connections to Copenhagen. We recommend that you use http://www.dohop.com/ or http://www.momondo.com/ to find suitable connections. Trains from Copenhagen to Aarhus central train station run every half hour and take about 3 hours. Use http://www.dsb.dk/ to book tickets and seat reservations (Sundays may have filled trains).
If needed, we will arrange bus transfer from Aarhus city centre, close to the train station on Sunday 19/6. The bus will leave the city centre at 16.45, will stop at Aarhus airport at 17.30 and is expected to arrive at the venue at approx. 18.00.
Aarhus airport (Tirstrup, AAR) is roughly 25 minutes drive from the venue. If the planned bus transfer does not suit you, you may take a Taxi to the meeting venue (Fuglsøcentret). A taxi costs around 300 DKK (40 €) (Mols taxi - tel.: +45 86377377; Ebeltoft taxi - tel.: +45 86346000).
If completely on your own from Aarhus, the best way to come to the venue is to take the airport bus to Tirstrup from the train station, and contact us when you would like to be picked up (notice must, however, be given in advance to nms2011@phys.au.dk (or take a taxi). The schedule of the airport bus depends on the flight times, and will be updated when the schedule is known (beginning of June)

If this is not suitable, you can take the local bus from Aarhus bus terminal (line 123). Ask the driver to take you to Femmøller, and call us in advance or send an email, so we can schedule picking you up.
You can use travel planners like e.g. Kraks. The destination should be “Dragsmurvej 6, 8420”.
We arrange a bus leaving the venue at 14.00 on Wednesday. It will be at Aarhus airport at approx. 14.30, and at Aarhus central train station at approx. 15.20. If you need to leave at a different time, pls. contact the reception that will assist you in finding optional transportation possibilities.
