Chen Jiang successfully defended his PhD thesis "Asteroseismology of Red Giant Stars: Time Series, Modelling and Mixed Modes" on Monday, 19 January 2015.

Chen has been working at SAC since September 2012 with supervisor Jørgen Christensen-Dalsgaard.

Chen will now go to the University of Porto to continue his work as a postdoc.
