Abstract: 

The TESS Objects of Interest Catalog has expanded to over 4,000 exoplanet candidates in the second year of the extended mission and two-year prime mission of the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite. We describe updates to the process used to identify TOIs, investigate the characteristics of the new planet candidates, and highlight some notable TESS discoveries. The TESS Objects of Interest (TOI) Catalog includes both new planet candidates found by TESS and previously-known planets recovered by TESS observations. Nearly 200 TOIs are part of multi-planet systems and hundreds of TOIs are small planet candidates around nearby bright stars. TOIs provide a diverse set of system architectures and planet parameters well-suited for detailed follow-up observations.
