The aim of this series of workshops is to get stellar modellers together to perform evolutionary and pulsation calculations of red giant stars. In the workshops we do exhaustive comparisons of these results, find the reasons for discrepancies, discuss the best modelling practise and seismic diagnosis methods for red giant stars, and agree on minimum sets of observables needed to characterise them at different levels of precision.

The 7th version of the workshop will take place in Aarhus, Denmark, January 23rd-27th 2017.
