Collaboration with colleagues at the University of Southern Queensland has led to a joint effort to construct a third SONG site in the eastern part of Australia.

Two 70cm telescopes has been set up at the Mt. Kent Observatory in Southern Queensland, Australia.

The two telescope is sending light to a high resolution spectrograph using optical fibres providing stability and high precision radial velocities.
